The company owns approximately 30 properties valued at over $250 million. Lefler Capital creates strategic partnerships to acquire assets and seeks to raise value in various ways for each property. In some cases, the company raises equity for project acquisitions. T.J. previously spent 17 years in commercial real estate brokerage before creating Lefler Capital. T.J. had leased and sold over 6 million square feet of commercial space across the state of Arkansas.

Elizabeth Ray joined Lefler Capital in August of 2022 and serves as Executive Assistant, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Before joining the team, she owned and operated a small business in Fayetteville until 2019 and then spent three years as an Office Manager, gaining extensive experience in organization, communication, and team support. When she’s not at work, she runs the Ray household and enjoys spending time with her family and friends–especially with her 3 boys.
