Elizabeth Ray joined Lefler Capital in August of 2022 and serves as Executive Assistant, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Before joining the team, she owned and operated a small business in Fayetteville until 2019 and then spent three years as an Office Manager, gaining extensive experience in organization, communication, and team support. When she’s not at work, she runs the Ray household and enjoys spending time with her family and friends–especially with her 3 boys.

John Mark works on behalf of Lefler Capital’s investors to protect and grow the value of their investments. He oversees a portfolio of industrial, office, single-tenant retail and shopping center properties, focusing on leasing strategy and cost control to drive steady, long-term returns. He brings experience in operations, leadership development and client relationship management, and holds a B.S. in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Waylon. He can often be found on the golf course or shooting his bow.

Property Manager

Hailey keeps the financial side of Lefler Capital’s properties organized and accurate. She manages the day-to-day accounting for the company’s commercial and residential portfolio, tracking rent, expenses, and property finances across the Lefler Capital portfolio. With seven years of accounting experience in public, construction, and nonprofit accounting, she brings a detail-oriented approach to keeping the books clean and the numbers trustworthy. Outside the office, Hailey enjoys cooking, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time with her Yorkie-poodle, Georgie.
